Seasonal use only (October 15 - April 15)! Starting in the Davidson River Campground, this ride starts with a fairly steep climb up from the river. It features some log steps, a nice sidehill section, technical and fast downhill sections, neat bridges, and nice scenery. This ride can easily be combined with the Sycamore Cove ride across the street for a longer trip. These are a must if you are staying at the the Davidson River campground!

Starts at the Davidson River Campground. One of the classic rides in Pisgah, this ride is not too difficult because it is short, but it does have some significant climbs and technical sections. It also features several creek crossings, views, tight singletrack, and a fairly steep, fast downhill to round out the ride.
